Dr. Pupeikiene is simply the best!! She is very knowledgeable and attentive. She takes time to listen and explain every detail clearly and ensures you understand your treatment options. I feel confident and well cared for under her guidance. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking excellent medical care.

I was disappointed by my experience with Dr. Pupeikiene because she did not put forth a reasonable effort to resolve my issues and answer my questions. When examining a physical issue I had (rash), she spent less than 10 seconds total taking a look. For a second issue (skin damage/discoloration), she provided no clear answer and didn't provide a diagnosis, treatment plan, or referral. For a third issue (bloating/indigestion), she provided a non-medical response ("It's usually diet.") with very few follow-up questions and no treatment plan or suggested actions. In the post-visit summary, there was minimal notes, with no recommendations or treatment plans for any issues, and in fact, zero mention of two of the issues. Dr. Pupeikiene was clearly in a hurry to move onto the next patient, perhaps because of the demands within the Kaiser Permanente system. Note that this was my first visit with Dr. Pupeikiene, and she did not conduct most tests that a first-time visit would usually entail.… I left that visit with unresolves issues, doubts and concerns, and an "optional routine lab testing" that she provided no context or justification for.

Dr. Pupeikiene is an outstanding doctor. She listened to my heart and diagnosed me with a valve issue right away. I have a new valve now and I feel great.

Dr. Pupeikiene is a caring, thorough doctor who listens and provides practical and actual steps to get well and stay well. I am very lucky that both my husband and I have her as our primary care doctor. She is excellent!
