Zero absouletly snotty horrible customer service. Manager rude customer never right. This is what happened. My daughter had a major procedure done 4 caps 2 spacers. Alot of money spent thousands out of pocket with good insurance. After this her tooth did not develop correctly yellow. I seen it when it came in called the office they said it is fine it does that sometimes. It came out fully yellow. Bad advice and to busy. Then I finally got ahold of the dentist he said once it fully comes out we will figure something out. We then called after her unprotected tooth several times and could not fit my daughters UNPROTECTED second tooth the one she has for life in. They gave us the run around. At this point my wife told me to call them and I was upset because I was told once it comes out they will do this. They told us she needs a cleaning first. So I said well can we do both before she goes to school. My daughter has been made fun of because of this in school I told them.… No answer they did not care to fit her in just about more money for cleaning. Two month wait that is why we did not get it done. At this point I am angry and asked for the manager. I told her I want my childs tooth done as we were promised before school. She said I do not like your tone we are recording you. Downgraded, not caring about the children, and badicly a threat with the recording. I was very mad at this point and said do your job you guys are dentists. At this point after two people not caring about my child I asked for the dentist. He was to busy so I told them to have him call me. I missed his call I was working. I called back ten minutes later and he was to busy to take my call. I am furious at this point but not suprised with the way they handle things. I asked them to please have him call me back. Never did and I called it was lunch time with recording. Do not ever go to this horrible place they do not have time for their patients and are very rude. We will never go back again or reccomend to anyone ever. Please do not go to this place unless you want to wait six months to get anything done. Absoultly horrible. Jacob Kiniry
