had a 2:00 PM appointment with Dr. Justine N. Rosner, O.D. I arrived at 2:05 PM and was refused service for being 5 minutes late. This feels especially unreasonable because the office consistently overbooks. Patients here routinely wait 1-2 hours past their scheduled time. When I was at the counter at 2:05, the patient ahead of me took over 15 minutes just to check in, and the office was already running behind. Yet there’s zero flexibility if a patient is a few minutes late. The communication is also a problem. I called three times and was on hold 20+ minutes each call, never reaching anyone. They said they texted me, but had the wrong number on file. It feels like the practice is spread too thin running multiple clinics in the same area, and patients pay the price with long waits and rigid policies. I do not recommend this office due to overbooking, poor communication, and inflexible scheduling.

When I was at the check-in counter at 2:05, there was another patient in front of me who took over 15 minutes. I had to wait for my turn, yet I was still turned away for lateness. Calling the office is also an issue. I called three separate times and was on hold for 20+ minutes each call, totaling 40+ minutes, and never got through to a person. The front desk said they texted me twice, but when I asked what number they had, it was the wrong number. A 5-minute grace period, especially when the office is running behind, would be reasonable. I do not recommend this office due to inflexible scheduling and communication problems.
