Dr. Justin Doyle Campbell, MD

Dr Campbell takes time and listens to me. He does not seem like he is in a hurry. That means alot to me.

Dr. Justin Campbell saw the patient over a period of many years for what I believe is chronic urinary tract/kidney infections based on her medical records. He diagnosed her with a unrinary tract infection, even though my understanding is he did not have the culture results back before prescribing the anitibiotic"cipro" without knowing the severity of the infection. I also understand he did not do a physical examination of her when she came for the check up in his office. 5 days later she was rushed to the ER and diagnosed with a kidney infection and subsequently dies 3 days later. There appears to be no communication between Dr. Campbell and the attending ER physician upon reviewing her medical records. The patient dies of septic shock. I believe Dr. Campbell did not provide the expected level of care that a patient should get when they visit his office. I do not recommend him to any patient for medical care since my Mother's chronic urinary tract infections were never cured. … He was her primary care physician for many years.
