Dr Cetus is an amazing surgeon. I was blessed to be under his care after suffering a hemorrhagic stroke. Amazing bedside manor and he explained everything so I could understand my options.

It is rare to have a doctor take such personal care of each patient's recovery, and for a long time, rarer at a VA medical facility.
