??????????????,?????Janet ??,?????,??????? This clinic has a young and beautiful girl, her name is Miss Janet, she is very responsible and has a good attitude.

When nothing happens, Justin does seem compassionate enough on the surface; when you have an urgent need, his refusals to see you are scary. He also has no true respect for his patients, he has left the patient waiting for him after being called in for more than an hour, when the patient is late one time, to their appointment 30 mins, his staff, Michelle, and others, took an extra 15 mins to refuse to even go ask him if he would be willing to see the patient then, accuse the patient of being more than 30 mins late, it was an appointment so, the number of patients he would have had for the day would have been the same, whats one more patient? It is not as if it were from walk-ins, where had you kept accepting patients, it would have added more if that was not what you desired. Also, the clinic would not close til 18:00, at the time it was 16:30 so, it was plenty of time to see a patient with an urgency, it was not as if it was not urgent then, the patient would not have been as needing… the doctor that day so, would be more willing to return the next day. His staff refused and send the patient away anyways, this is their response being in the healthcare field of saving lives. They showed they did not care for saving lives, but convenience for themselves, at the expense of the patients. The clinic's other worker Sandy was not polite when ever responding to the patients' concerns

Great bedside manner. Very sympathetic and knowledgeable. One of the best doctors I've had hands down.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Chan since 2000. He's moved office twice and we continue to follow him. I did not like Anthem Blue Cross HMO, so I switched to Blue Cross PPO so we could still see him. He's very thorough, helpful, insightful, and patient. I'm not too crazy about some of the office staff, but I tolerate them.
