Dr. Justin Brian Gan, MD

Dr Gan was 45 minutes late for my appointment, and his staff did not tell that he was running late. He was not even in the building. I left after 45 minutes. I have no idea if he ever arrived. I checked one star because the review would not submit with zero stars.

I never do surveys, but Dr Gan deserves it. He goes above and beyond for me and all his patients. He knows his stuff and takes the time to explain everything to me. He truly cares about his patients. If you ever have to wait, it's only because he is giving the person in front of you what ever time they need for him to help them, just as he does for me. He is the best!

Dr. Gan took the time to really listen and ordered the appropriate tests to determine the correct diagnosis. He and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable as well as go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns that I had.

He is the most thorough, attentive, empathetic, erudite doctor I have ever met. Most good doctors have one or two of these qualities in above average quantities, but it is rare to find a doctor with all four of them.

He was great, took a lot of time answering questions.
