Dr. Glassford is fine, it is his staff who set a very negative tone to the practice. They are rude and obnoxious and treat patients like an inconvenience.

This place is a joke...they have NP treating patients with chronic disease and the doctor puts most of his patients in the care of the NP signing off on their work. The NP have no business treating patients who are dealing with a chronic disease.Getting a referral to a specialist is a joke as well & you have to call the office for months to finally get the referral transmitted to the specialist to even make an appt. The office staff are generally nice except for Gwen...dont expect a friendly smile at checkout or to schedule your next appt and definitely dont expect her phone mannerisms to be any better...especially if you need copies of your records...which are YOUR records to have...she will make you feel like crap about requesting them and then she hang up without even saying goodbye after your gladly tell her thank you. Just not a good place for "medical" professionals...I have had other doctors in the area tell me how terrible of a practice this place is!
