I thrive when meeting and learning about others, and helping them achieve goals that truly bring about higher levels of life satisfaction and higher levels of day to day functioning. I'm compatible with anyone willing to engage in therapy by using evidence-based strategies like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. I demystify these techniques and help my clients to practice them for everyday living.
I help clients gain higher levels of satisfaction and well-being in life, and to decrease levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. This is actualized by educating clients to alter unwanted patterns of thinking and behavior, and by aiding them to adopt cognitive and behavioral habits that foster greater positivity. You can think of me as a clinical advisor seeking to enlighten, empower and …uplift my clients.
A little more about me, I'm originally from Kentucky and moved around the U.S. a bit before coming back home. I enjoy traveling, time with my family and friends, and the outdoors. I'm a bit of a nerd for books and seminars, anything that helps me gain more perspective and grow.
