I called Dr. Gomez office to make an appointment as a NEW PATIENT the front desk that answered the phone is so rude and disrespectful also hung up the phone while talking to her. Definitely not going here. Customer service in the medical field is everything.

I was very impressed with the caring perfessionalism of Dr. Gomez and his team.

Not only is Dr. Justin and Mary Margaret wonderful but the front office staff is also polite and good to work with. They work with you, research your issue, and don’t make you feel stupid.

He put my mind at ease, explained everything in detail and came up with a future plan. If you need this type of specialist, I’d recommend him Highly. If he feels your issue is not in his scope he will recommend what to do next and who to see. That’s rare.

Dr Justin Gomez is excellent. I came across him through a friend. He is just as good as my doctor in NYC. I trust him. He answers all my questions and is kind and has a great bedside manner. So glad I found him.

I made an appointment (the soonest was 4 weeks out) to have some test results reviewed by Dr Justin Gomez as they were unable to be interpreted by a regular DR. I suffered 8 weeks of severe gastrointestinal distress and severe abdominal pain that I was extremely excited to be finally getting some answers as to why that occurred. I received a call this morning, the day of my appointment that I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for, stating they were unable to see me because I am pregnant. They knew I was pregnant from the time I was scheduling an appointment. The doctor said he was unable to treat me because I’m pregnant and that I needed to see my OB who is NOT a gastroenterologist with the same scope of knowledge. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that he will not even look at my test results and offer any insight. I am extremely frustrated that I have wasted 4 weeks waiting for a doctor that won’t help me.

Upon arriving at office we found that we had forgotten paperwork and the imaging CD our primary care had provided to share with our attending doctors. This little mishap triggered a panic/anxiety attack within spouse, as she already has an apprehension of first visits at doctor offices. Upon checking in at reception, I ran back to the house and returned with the necessary envelopes and had just walked in a few seconds prior to Dr. Gomez’s entry into the exam room. Upon his initial observance of my spouse he recognized an issue with her and by asking the questions he did, he approached the situation with care. His caring demeanor and professional interaction helped lower her stress level rather rapidly. In my 35+ years of marriage, he is only the second person I’ve experienced bring her stress level down to ground level that quickly. Upon leaving his office my spouse and I were very pleased with her visit, Dr. Gomez’s diagnosis and especially, his caring demeanor. I very much… appreciate his efforts and admire the professionalism that he displayed. Looking forward to our next visits.

Explain procedure very well and was well taken care of during the procedure. Followup one week later was in depth.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Gomez; however, his receptionist was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. She was definitely in a hurry, I was interrupted twice (cut me off). She was adamant about explaining what I needed to do instead of just listening to my one question and one comment. Her attitude was extremely abrupt. I decided to take my business to place that I felt respected me enough to listen to my question without interrupting or sounding condescending.
