Dr. Jones and his staff were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I had some concerns about a rash that appeared a couple days after surgery (an allergic reaction) and Dr. jones answered my call late in the evening. He had me go to the ER and communicated with ER staff to get me the treatment I needed. The doctor at the ER stated several times that she was very impressed at how communicative he was and eager to help. She said she has seen many people come in with similar issues and had never dealt with a surgeon who was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Jones is an expert at his craft. I couldn’t be happier with the rustle of my procedure! I genuinely believe that he is the best plastic surgeon in the state. If you’re on the fence or are worried that it won’t be worth the price, don’t be. He’s worth every penny!

Do your research and you won’t go anywhere else! The entire experience for my breast lift and aug has been amazing. Honestly, I just had my surgery but I am SO pleased with how my new breast look already. The staff and Dr. Jones did an overwhelming wonderful job in keeping me comfortable from consult to surgery day. Thank you again Dr. Jones for giving me my womanly features back again!!

I had two breast augmentation with Dr Jones! After the first one going wrong, one higher than the other and much smaller size than what I expected I went on with an second one thinking it would be fixed!! He doesn’t care about the pt! He cares about his money! Out of all the visits I had with him only once did he listen to me! I’m 1yr post op and still looking like a fool, my right breast is higher than my lest one I’m so embarrassed to even say I had them done! Now I will have to find another surgeon to fix and spend probably as much as I did with Dr Jones! Don’t be fooled by Darla his front office person or his nice office like I was! I so much regret it all

After having large babies and left with a saggy stomach, I decided to proceed, even in my 50's, to have a mommy makeover. My friend had a procedure by Dr. Jones and I was amazed at the results, so I decided it was my turn. He and his staff are very friendly and caring. He answered all my questions and completely put my mind at ease. Dr. Jones transformed my body with results that far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones and his staff. I got submuscular silicone implants at 29yrs old and had 3 contractures because my body rejected the foreign objects. It didn’t matter who did them or whether I chose saline vs silicone. They weren’t meant to be in my body. Dr Justin jones is an excellent surgeon but his staff is less than desirable. They are just there to keep the schedule full. They showed no compassion toward me whatsoever. 4 surgeries in 10 months and not getting what you expected and being part of the 1% that it didn’t work for is pretty hard to handle. So if you want a great surgeon he’s it, but his staff won’t be very helpful if you have a problem.
