My husband had surgery with Dr. Wang at Kaiser, Woodland Hills. We can't say enough good about him.

He is not following the any protocol for the surgery. I had temporal artery biopsy. He did not cover my ear and middle of the surgery he took gloves out and he said it’s coming on his way. He did not even washed his hand when he came inside the operation room. I had pain in my ears for 5 days because disinfectant liquid and blood went inside my ear during the surgery. I told him to cover then he cover by cotton but it was too late. After surgery, when I turn my head liquid and blood came out. Nurse did not clean either. I cleaned when I came home. I took pictures. This is very bad. I am paying highest monthly premium to kaiser and still the service is very bad. This is the reason patients die from the hospital infection. Someone has to take action against Dr and the lazy nurse.
