Dr. Justin Michael Kanoff, MD

6 mo followup re previous diagnosis of a mild retinal abnormality,which I had forgotten about. Thorough exam including imaging. Kanoff found situation unchanged; good news. Explained surgery needed if problem worsens. Took time to discuss different eye issue I had. Wait before exam wasn’t bad. Overall, VG impression of Dr. Kanoff.

Dr. Kanoff is very precise with his exam and the data he collects. After recently experiencing difficulty with my left eye, he was able to reliably confirm that the abnormality in vision was related to a glaucoma medication I was taking and that the retina was unchanged in all respects. Very comforting to have him as my retinologist.

Dr. K is an amazing physician, and has helped me monitor my retinal health since I started coming to ECCNC. IMO he is a dedicated provider, centered on the care of patients. Thank you, Doc, for your care and wisdom.

Dr Kanoff is a great doctor & has done two of my eye surgeries. He’s very patient & he thoroughly explains procedures or any questions I may have.

Dr. Kanoff is very caring , friendly and professional. He is great at explaining medical issues in a manner that is easy to understand. He will take the time to answer any questions you might have. His staff is also very friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. Occasionally the wait time can be 20 minutes but Dr. Kanoff always asks if I had to wait long so he is concerned about office procedures. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr Kanoff is great. He listens to your concerns and addresses them. I feel very comfortable knowing he knows my case.

A few years ago I switched to Dr. Kanoff from another doctor in the practice and have been very happy with the care I’ve received from Dr. Kanoff. He listens carefully and explains things very well and never seems rushed when I know he’s always busy. The scheduling situation can be frustrating especially in the Lafayette office but if you’re able to schedule ahead it works well.

Easy to get an emergency appointment, just completed my second follow up a year after incident. I’m very happy with the care and treatment provided by Dr Kanoff and his team. Dr Kanoff is very professional and explains everything that’s happening. Would definitely recommend him as a provider.
