Justin Kelly, MD, FRCS, FEBS, is a fellowship-trained colon and rectal surgeon with AdventHealth Medical Group's elite colorectal surgery team in Central Florida. His areas of expertise include the use of minimally invasive technologies in colon and rectal cancer treatment, including TAMIS and laparoscopic surgery. He specializes in the surgical treatment of both Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and is proficient in treating all common anorectal diseases including hemorrhoids, fistulas and rectal bleeding. After completing his medical degree with honors and receiving university national medals in surgery from the College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland, he became the first International Fellow in colon and rectal surgery at AdventHealth Medical Group, allowing him to be comprehensively trained on the groundbreaking surgical techniques pioneered by our esteemed specialists.

Due to cancer diagnosis my husband needed colonoscopy asap in order to begin radiation treatment. The staff, especially Ilene, helped us achieve that. She was patient and professional. Dr Kelly personally called us the next morning with results and to assure us that the reports had been sent electronically to the radiation dr. immediately. WOW What a difference from all the other drs and staff that we have been dealing with! THANK YOU!

After having 3 surgeries for the same issue and each surgeon suggesting I see Dr. Kelly after they operated - I was so pleased to finally meet him. Extremely compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable - he even drew pictures for me to understand my issues and the necessary surgeries I would need. All my issues solved!! The man is simply the best.

As a family we went to see Dr. Kelly about my husband surgery. He was compassionate. Didn’t feel rush like some doctors. And we appreciated that. If you need this type of doctor go see him.

It’s nice to meet a surgeon who lays it on the line and is completely honest with you. I have found Dr. Justin Kelly to be open, personable, knowledgeable and forthright. He is considerate, professional and caring in his manner. He spends a lot of time with you; very patient with my many questions. Thank you Dr. Kelly. I am also very pleased with my interactions with his staff. I felt I was in great hands from my very first visit. His office staff and medical assistants are very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. And Dr. Kelly’s office is very clean and very comfortable; they do not overbook. The waiting room is warm and inviting supplying coffee and beverages. I love the fact that it is NOT overbooked where it becomes more like a clinic setting (overcrowded waiting rooms) than a one-on-one office visit, and not a long wait time and you’re not rushed out the door. Highly recommend!

Excellent first visit today with Dr. Kelly. Very little wait. He was patient, caring, great bedside manner. Spent a lot of time with my elderly mother, not rushing through the appt at all. Was very impressed with him and will be having him do my future c-scopes rather than my GI doc! Absolutely great experience!
