The focus of my work is helping people or a family member that is struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and relational wounds that have had negative impacts on their relationships, overall emotional wellbeing, health, family, career, and other aspects of life. The symptoms of mental health and well being can involve a great deal of emotional pain, and suffering. So please, first I want to commend you on the courage you are showing to seek help. Second, if this is your experience, finding a professional who can provide a safe and non-judgmental space is crucial.
