Dr Levisay is an excellent physician. He is highly skilled and when I he did my cardiac catheterization I felt very safe.

So glad I found Dr. Levisay. Extremely knowledgeable with incredible expertise! Kind, compassionate and willing to listen. A great doctor and a great cardiologist! He is truly one of a kind.

Gifted, performed amazing procedure

While Dr. Lampert remains my cardiologist for the moment, Dr. Levisay actually was the only Doctor that listened and effectively treated me with a placement of a stent that should have occurred many many months before the actual procedure took place. I am a woman and we really do symptomatically present differently from men. Dr. Levisay demonstrates both a clear understanding of this and the willingness to respond appropriately. I was repeatedly told that my symptoms were anxiety based because test results were coming up consistently negative even though my cardiologist of record stated that ECGs are not always a reliable indicator of a blockage. I suffered for almost 6 months before this was properly addressed. And while Dr. Lampert did finally order a nuclear stress test (after the 4th ER visit where I was discharged by a Dr. Joel Green who stated both to my face and in writing that this was not in any way related to my cardiac disease yet again very subtly intimating that this… was anxiety again) that clearly showed I was compromised and had been the whole time and 7 days after being reassured that I was totally fine a third stent was placed. Thanks to Dr. Levisay for stepping in and keeping me from an unnecessarily hasty demise. I will continue to work with Dr Lampert as my primary cardiologist as he has assured me that he is now paying close attention to both who I am and how I present with cardiac related symptoms, he is a good Doctor as well.

dr. levisay is a bonifide expert in cardiology. I asked to be unconcious during the procedure and was granted my request. the work was done in a highly professional and competent manner.

I met Justin after coming to the emergency room for chest pain. I was having a heart attack, though did not know it. Dr. Levisay was called, arrived shortly thereafter, and , took charge. He was decisive,explained himself well, and immediately gained my trust. I am probably 20 years older than he is, a CEO, and a type "A". I do not like being in a dependent situation but he inspired enough confidence that I was able to be a "patient".He literally saved my life. I have gotten to know him since then, and he is warm , informative, and likable in addition to being technically excellent.
