Terrible, arrogant, rude and doesn't know what he's doing. Worst doctor I've ever had in my lifetime l.

If I could leave a ZERO star rating I would, but I can’t so you get a ONE. I personally would NEVER recommend anyone to Dr. Leigmann, as I feel as though he is not educated in his field of psychiatry, believes heavily in others being misdiagnosed, and comes off as un-empathetic. I think that he would NOT be a great fit to anyone who already knows their diagnosis’s and just wants help with medication management, is neurodivergent, has trauma with authoritative men, is looking for a empathic approach to psychiatry, or wants a good psychiatrist!!!! On my first ever session with Dr. Liegmann, I spent a total of 10 minutes before he told me that I was “too intelligent to be autistic” and that all of my issues were actually due to anxiety, regardless of the past medical diagnosis’s that I have been given by at least 5 medical professionals. I told him that I felt very invalidated by his statement and that the intelligence of a person has no correlation to whether or not they have autism. We… then debated the fact that he thinks Asperger‘s is still a valid term to use, when it is in fact out dated and offensive to the neurodivergent community. I felt very uncomfortable being invalidated and made to feel like I didn’t actually know what I was dealing with mentally. I WILL NOT be returning to Dr. Leigmann and I highly recommend that you find a more qualified psychiatrist for your needs!

Amazing and sharp practitioner who helped me overcome anxiety

Dr. Liegmann is very intelligent and listens. He cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone.

This doctor did not understand basic medicine. He was rude and sarcastic. Didn’t wash his hands. I wouldn’t let him treat my hamster.

My wife was in a very bad spot and he was very kind and compassionate and really helped her. I can't understand the bad reviews. I suspect some of them were seeking certain medications and he wouldn't prescribe those meds for them.

If I could leave 0 stars he would definitely deserve it. After seeing a therapist twice in order to see “Dr.” Liegmann he had absolutely no knowledge of my case-didn’t even read my file. I was there for severe depression. In addition to that he didn’t even know that Wellbutrin and Bupropion were the same medication. After less than 10 minutes with him he ended the session and said I needed to go elsewhere.. WHY wasn’t I told that prior to seeing him? I refused to pay my co-pay and will be reporting this 10 minute session to the insurance company-I’m sure they charged for the 45 minute session that was supposed to happen. I left there feeling 10 times worse than when I went in, a serious price to pay for someone in my frame of mind. Wouldn’t recommend this man to treat a dog much less a person who is genuinely seeking help.

He creeped me out so bad i had to stop seeing him! Too bad this center couldn't get a quality doctor that is badly needed.

I moved from Houston where I had my previous psychiatrist for 13 years. He pretty much said he was incompetent. No compassion,empathy or knowledge about treating patients. Go elsewhere!!!

Dr. Liegmann has helped me tremendously with my PTSD. I can tell I am getting much better thanks to his treatment. I am so grateful that he came to Hillside Clinic.
