Dr. Justin Britt Miller, MD

Very disappointed in this doctor and his office staff. I went to the urgent care after experiencing a syncope. During my time there, I received an EKG which showed abnormal rhythm. Per the PA's recommendations, I was referred to a cardiologist. Tryon Medical Partners has two Dr. Millers. Dr. Justin Miller, internal medicine and Dr. Richard Miller, a cardiologist. I was unaware of this at the time of making the appointment and was not asked to specify. When I arrived at the appointment, the nurse took my vitals and Dr. Miller came into the room shortly after. Within two minutes of talking with the doctor, we realized the mistake. Dr. Miller has said this issue has happened before. Instead of turning me away, he chose to listen to my heart and discuss my acid-reflux (which is present on my chart history). He then referred me to see Dr. Richard Miller. I received a bill in the mail for $400. When I called the doctor's office to remediate the charge the practice manager, Kayle Hall… proceeded to tell me at this was my mistake and I would be required to pay for "the service" I received. Beware.

I have seen way too many doctors in the past 5 years and usually they seem rushed and sometimes unsympathetic. I visited Dr. Miller for stomach pains and a physical. Little did I know it would change my life forever. Where other doctor had dismissed many of the symptoms I had as normal Dr. Miller insisted I have lab work done and see a liver specialist. He found what others had neglected to find. Fought with insurance company to get the need treatment. After numerous specialist and hospitals I am now 90% back to how I was before my sickness.I owe it as always to God who put Dr. Miller in my life. He is a great doctor and even better man. God Bless
