Dr. Justin Robert Northeim, DO

Dr. Northeim was great to work with. I came into the Baylor Grapevine ER while visiting family from out of state with severe abdominal pain just before shift change around 4:45 AM Sunday morning He and his staff were all so nice, quick to action, patient, and spent a good deal of time with me to understand what was going on, explain test results, next steps, etc. The level of care and sincere concern I received from Dr. Northeim and his entire team was well beyond expectation.

I saw Dr. Northeim at BSW Grapevine, where he currently practices in the ER. He was not aware of what my diagnosed condition was & refused to speak with my specialist (who had sent me to the ER) on the phone. He was dismissive & arrogant. He spent very little time even speaking with me. He also discharged me before the radiologist had even read my scans. I had to seek care elsewhere & will be filing a complaint.

I had a extraordinary bad yeast infection that produce open sores on my private areas. Dr Justin gave me pain meds that saved me from being in extremely bad pain!!!!! Just want to THANK HIM!!!!! He WAS THE ONLY DOCTOR THAT LISTENED!!!!!!

He was great. Very courteous. Spent a ton of time with me.
