Dr. Justin R Nudell, DO

He performed an unnecessary, invasive procedure on a family member of mine that caused a life-threatening complication -- esophageal perforation. He never apologized, nor checked on her in the hospital, nor managed her recovery, which took three years and required a thoracotomy (open chest surgery) and a laparoscopy (open abdomen surgery). She came to him for constipation and his plan to address it was an upper endoscopy with dilation, which makes no medical sense but pays well. He has betrayed his oath in pursuit of a payday. Stay far away! For context, I am a doctor, but not a GI doctor.

Dr. Nudell’s office left a message for me to confirm a scheduled procedure with the Surgery Center. I called the number given immediately and left 2 messages to confirm the appointment and left my contact number. Today I arrived to be told that there was no such appointment for me in the register and that the doctor had gone home! Then the Surgery Center called the doctor office which apparently made something up that I had declined the appointment as it was too late! Having fasted all day for this procedure I will never have anything to do with this practice again!

The absolute worst dr. Does not take your problems seriously. Very short visits, seems to always be in a hurry to end the visit without trying to help.

Dr. Nudell is probably one of the best doctors, that I have experienced. Dr. Nudell listens to you and makes sure you understand everything that is going on. You can tell he cares about his patients, and works really hard to get you what you need. He has been so helpful, trying to get my Gastroparesis under control.

Dr.Nudell has provided excellant care.He actually listened to everything I had to say.He was kind and understanding.He followed through and actually has called me twice to see how I was doing.I highly recommend him.

Dr Nudell was my father's physician for a few years. This doctor is a caring, knowledgeable doctor who provided excellent care for my Dad. He treated my father with respect and he took the time to talk to my father to analyze his condition to find the best treatment. I only wish that all doctors could have as much knowledge and empathy for their patients.

Unbelievable bad in diagnosis, Careless but portend differently.

After decades of stomach problems and visits to other gastroenterologists without resolution of symptoms , Dr. Nudell accurately determined the cause of my issues as SIBO.

Speaks both English and Spanish. Makes you feel comfortable. Explains your medical problems in a way that you can understand and appreciate without being disrespectful. Very friendly and easy to open up about your problems. I have been his patient since he came to Florida and can say without reservation that he is one of the best.
