Dr. Justin David Zalewsky, DDS

STAY AWAY from this periodontist. Saw him for the first time today after the practice I’ve been going to for 25 years merged with his. He barely glanced at my mouth, immediately ordered debatably necessary treatment and got angry when I questioned it. Arrogant and insufferable.

He did a laser gingivectomy on a crown and took out too much tissue. The gingiva hasn't grown back properly, especially the lamina propria (connective tissue) of the mucosa.

I moved to Northern VA and was told that this practice was excellent. I called and they had a wonderful young lady that signed me up. Well, I had two implants and a gum graft and the Dr. Was quick and not attentive. He placed the implants, let the dental assistants do the real work and walked out. Weeks after, he called and kept suggesting that I needed to see him every so often. This practice does not accept dental insurance and was costing me money for services that I didn't need. Later, I found an older periodontist that told me that precision periodintist is a fraud practice that will do a good job for you in the beginning but they are not suited for long term care of gum health. Please stay away from this place. Young and very inexperienced.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Zalewsky and his practice. I had a tooth removed and also an implant with a sinus lift done. I had zero pain during these procedures. Dr. Zalewsky’s confidence and experience made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice.

WORST experience. Moved to DC area and had to find a new dentist. BAD choice.
