I specialize in reducing anxiety and depressive symptoms for those in the adolescent and adulthood stages of life. I often pull from strength-based, solution-focused, self-psychology, systems, and attachment theory to support my clients in reaching their goals. Mindfulness practices and self-compassion exercises are often at the center of the skills that I teach. I keep the door open with my clients and welcome feedback at any point in time.
A little more about me - I am from Raleigh, North Carolina and come from a large family. Family and community are two institutions that I value most. I believe that if we all take care …of one another we will find success in life. I began advocating for mental wellness awareness in high school when I saw the importance of mental health and a listening ear in a young adolescent life.
