Dr. Juarez is the absolute best! She is so compassionate and caring! It makes me feel so good to have her understand and kindness! I highly recommend her! I’m so lucky to have her as a doctor!

Got a phone call today notifying us she would not accept medicare patients any longer, leaving my 81 y/o mother without diabetes care. Office staff was not concerned about abandoning a patient.

This doctor is a uncaring human being who should have never been a doctor or in any field that she has to deal with other people. She should get zero stars ! God help her soul if she has one. Mr. Man

This woman is impossible. She only cares about money and refuses to help unless you come to her office every other day. Who has the time for that?? Don’t miss an appointment she will give you the nastiest most inappropriate and unprofessional attitude. She will basically tell you that she doesn’t need you....you need her. There are plenty other endocrinologist in the Houston area with a more pleasant demeanor and bed side manner. Don’t waste your time with this rude and nasty lady!!!

Both my husband and I have been with Dr Juarez for several years, and we have followed her around from place to place, because she really cares about her patients. She take her time and answers our questions, takes care of our concerns. I would highly recommend her.

First, she's a very nice lady! However, This was a very frustrating experience for me. Dr. Juarez took very little time to actually listen to what I needed as a patient. We may not be doctors, but we know our bodies and its in the best interest to listen to the patient when exposing certain symptoms. When my thyroid labs came back that I needed a higher dosage of synthroid she accused me of not taking my medicine instead of working towards a solution. She's not really willing to try any different methods and seems like she only wants to follow one order of care. I wouldn't waste my time. I've since switched to Diana Desai and have better experiences.

What I like most, is that Dr. Juarez spends a good amount of time with me. She is willing to be patient and respond to all questions and concerns I have. It is such a refreshing change to NOT be rushed in and rushed out, more confused than when you went in! Which is what I experience with more and more Dr.'s these days. Dr. Juarez is NOT like that! I would definitely recommend her. From what I understand, the other Dr's in this clinic are equally as good. Actually, I was referred to this clinic by a friend.

Dr. Juarez is an empathetic and tremendously knowledgeable and talented care giver. I have found my experiences to be the best I've ever received. Her attention to detail has been insightful, accurate and allowed me to achieve a level of health I had not been able to achieve before. She is fantastic and I am fortunate to have her as my care provider.
