Front desk does not answer the phone the woman ellani or however sots there while ignoring calls. And there is no voicemail set up ifor the office and my appointment that i left work early for was at 3:30 and i was told to be there by 3:20 by the male voice and at 4:30 an hour after my appointment i inquired the wait time and was told another hour

A nightmare from beginning to end. Endless wait times until there are no seats left in the office and people spill out into the hallway like a leper colony. Gives you 15 min. and 30 days of your med and no refill so you have to go through it all again in a month. Stopped going after 3 visits. Was not worth all the nonsense just to get 1 month of meds. Truly one of the worst doctor's office experiences I have ever had.

Always late. Waiting room fills up with patients until there are no seats left and people stand/sit in the hallway or on a bench by the elevator. Spends 15 min. with you. Gives you rx for 30 days, no refills, and you have to come back for another prescription. I have never seen anything like it. I lasted 3 visits and decided there just has to be a better way. I found it - in acupuncture, believe it or not.

Very superficial knowledge of psychiatry. Not a caring person. Didn't feel confident in continuing with her. Very unprofessional front desk staff.

The doctor is very skilled (I've even confirmed this talking to people who work with her in the hospital). I do not agree with the reviewers that characterize the staff as discourteous. They have always been courteous to me. The one drawback is the wait time. It used to be much, much worse... on a "first come, first served basis" with multi-hour wait times. They have a newish computer system now & the appointment times have started to mean something. My last two monthly visits had 15 minute wait times. Still, I don't make important plans scheduled after an appointment.

the worst doctor of this type I have ever encountered. Almost two hours late, unprepared and unrepentant. Certainly has no concept of good medical care.

I sat in the office for 2 hrs past my apt. time for literally 5-10 min of her asking of alcohol use in my family. What does that have to do with depression? Staff was extremely rude and the place of business made me feel that I would be mugged. First time at a psychiatric clinic and would never go back.

One of the front desk personnel is about the most rudiest person I have met in her profession. She down right nasty. Those kind of people need to work behind closed doors. I understand the office is in a hole in the wall, but it is a business and patients of all ethnic should be treated professionally period.

I don't know why this office gives appointment times. It's a "first come, first serve" basis. I have been seeing her for over 5 years (on a monthly basis) and she has been on time maybe twice. When she does arrive (after you have been waiting for 1-3 hrs, depending on when you get there & sign in) you get a whole 2-5 mins of her time. I despise having to go there & sit and wait. I agree with the last reviewer...sign in & go to Starbucks or the shopping center nearby!! I cannot change doctors due to my insurance or I would have been long gone by now. I know of one patient who arrives at 9 AM to make sure he's seen first!!!

MINIMUM wait time 1-1/2 hours. It's insanity. Piles patients in like cattle until they run out of seats in the waiting room and you have to sit in the hall or in your car. Check in and go to Starbucks and come back in an hour is my advice.
