If you have other options to take your children to other pediatric specialist -please take them ! Otherwise you will face unprofessional lady jain jyoti and her office stuff..they all together so unprofessional , rude, disgrace and etc. And the waiting area so dirty and stinks .. Run from that place and don't turn back !!

Dr jain is a great physician. .shes awesome with my gkids..takes time and listens to us....

This office is not only filthy but every time I take my daughter here they make us wait anywhere from 45 mins to an hour. Today Dr. Jain told me that I needed to find a different doctor because my 5 year old has been complaining of hip pain & her exact words were I don't know what you want me to tell you, I think you should seek another doctor because you don't trust me. This has been my third time telling her of my daughter complaining of hip pain. She then told me it was growing pains and should leave in a few months if it doesn't then I should bring her back which I did and was told to switch doctors. I would not recommend anyone take their children to her. I waited an total of a full hour today to be completely disrespected by her & her staff.

The staff is VERY incompetent and rude! Nothing ever gets done. The office is always dirty looking. Dr. Jain, herself is rude, condescending, and just wants money. I will NEVER go back!

This doctor talks to me like I'm stupid. Very rude. Put up with her for a while hoping she would change. Looking for a new doctor now..

Dr. Jain's clinic staff is very personable.Overall its great to visit her anytime.Her staff take care of the child right awayNominal wait time.Provides sweets for the kids on conclusion of the visit.My kids are always eager to visit with Dr. Jain. I would gladly recommend her to my family and friends.

I have taken both my children (ages 6 and 2) to Dr. Jain since they were born. She is good with the children, but she needs better office staff. Some of the girls are rude, but not all of them. Her physician assistant is great also.

The girls in the office are very rude..They rush you on the phone every time you call to get a appointment..When I go in they are always doing their hair looking at Avon books and just talking thats probably why they rush you on the phone..My daughter had pneumioa they gave her a shot for it when i called later and tried to page the doctor to ask some questions nobody ever called back!!!!!I would never in my life recommend someone to take their child to this place!
