Let me start out by saying how we first heard of this office. My grandmothers old church offered different businesses the opportunity to come in and speak to everyone about their particular business. So she comes in and speaks and my grandmother thought she would be a good fit because others always told her how good of a dentists she was as well as she has really good rates. Once we decide to go into her office to see what we thought. We get there and everyone is really nice and helpful. We liked what we heard, especially being told the braces we were going to be more than half off, after that we were sold. We decide to go forward with treatment and at first everything was fine, some appointments took long than others but that’s understandable with doctors. It didn’t take long for treatment, so it’s time to take them off, I was told that since I was getting the permanent retainer I would also get the removable retainer. However after looking at my teeth I was told I would only able to… get the top off first so we do the mold for that and they tell me they will put my permanent retainer in when it comes as well as give me the removable one. It comes time for me to go back to get the permanent one in however they took so long that it no longer fit my mouth so they look at my bottom and its time to come out so we mold both sets so that I can get an Invisalign on the top and my permanent retainer in on the bottom, I go back to the office to get that done and they tell me to come back once I finish the three trays of Invisalign. After finishing the Invisalign I go back to the office to get it mold it again so they can make a new permanent retainer once that’s done I go back into the office so that they can put it in. I still never received any removable retainers. Time has gone by and I now have both the top and the bottom permanent retainers. The lady who did my bottom retainer his name is Maria she did a wonderful job it’s placed on my teeth beautifully I’ve never had a problem it doesn’t affect me in anyway however since it took so long to get the top retainer someone else ended up doing that and I don’t remember her name but the job was done like it was her first time ever doing it. I’ve literally had four of my bonding material come off of my teeth. One on the end my tooth and it started poking me, I’ve had it come off on my front tooth where now my tooth has shifted and I have a gap and I have also had the wire break on one side. So I’m sure my teeth will move pretty soon. I finished treatment the end 2017 beginning of 2018 and I get a call at the beginning of 2020 stating my retainers were ready so I could call and make an appointment but I had to hurry up because if I didn’t my retainers with no longer fit and I would be charged additional fee to remake them. But that’s enough about the problems I had with my actual braces the other problems that we encountered was whoever does their billing decided to call us on multiple occasions stating that we had bills to pay them when we had already paid them or we were over charge for certain things and she just kept calling and calling and calling all the time telling us these things when we knew what our correct balance was. Another issue that we had was the price that we were told in the very beginning which was one of the main reasons why we even went with this office was that it was going to be super super cheap to get my braces done and we ended up paying three times the amount that we were told in the beginning. So not only did I finish my treatment, Iv had to go back to this office on multiple occasions to get my teeth fixed for something that was their fault and I still had to pay for those mistakes out of my own pocket and now I’m having to pay more money because I don’t wanna go back to that office because they’re not fixing my problem so I have to go to a different office and pay for them to fix someone else’s mistake!
