Dr. Ka-Yan Tong, MD

My first experience, last week, with Dr Tong and her staff was refreshing. I waited for just a couple of minutes to see her. She took her time with me and was very thorough and caring. She seems very humble and unassuming. I will recommend her to my family and friends. She is a "throw-back" to simpler times. I think Dr. Tong will be my Primary Care Physician for the remainder of my journey.

My doctor of 25 years went on to practice else where. After asking around for a new doctor, I was given her name. She is awesome. I am so happy someone gave me her name. Answers all my questions where I can understand. Being an elderly person understanding what they are telling you is very important.

Reminds me of my family doctors from my childhood. You know she truly cares about you. Wait is nothing compared to others I go to - up to 3.5 hours! Courtney is great. I've seen her handle some very difficult patients who had no patience! In short, I give a Dr. Tong and her staff 5++ stars.

Dr. Tong always takes time with me and follows up. She is a very caring and competent doctor.

Dr. Tong ordered a follow-up blood work when my previous results showed a variance relating to kidney and liver functions. It has been over a month since my sample was taken, and still no follow-up from the doctor. I have called 3 times since to get my results, and each time Ashley has promised the doctor will respond shortly. To date there has been no response. Most unprofessional staff I have ever experienced. Dr. Tong does a good job, but her staff is the worst!!!
