Dr. Kacia Lynne Engel, MD

I found Dr . Engel not the kind of doctor that should be in an urgent care facility. Her comments were not very comforting, her comments were what do you want from us today..Do you want to go into the hospital and that was before any testing. Although I had been sick for a week , they did not take my temp. I was wheezing very badly and she said what do you want from us today. I told her I just wanted to rule out Pnemonia and the flu. As I had both of them together last year. Before any of the results she said I am not going to give you antibiotic and thats fine . She prescribed a steriod and nebalizer 4 times a day. Did not ask if I had any heart trouble other problems. After doing the Neb 2 tmes a day and the steriod I was in considerable pain in my ribs and chest. Usually this care center has great doctors but she is certainly not one of the better ones. And I hope they do not stick to that standard. If you are sick enough to go to Urgent Care a little compassion would… be nice.
