Such a long waiting time. For 2.30 appointment, I got there at 2 pm, the doctor came at 3.45. She was not very polite, had clear "not so happy" expressions on her face as my 2 year old was little irritable and hungry for waiting so long. She did not pay attention to details. I would not recommend her.

The billing department does not take responsibility or go the extra mile to rectify issues that can only be handled by them. I had to call my insurance company (Cigna) and conference the billing department at the doctors office to correct an issue that was not my responsibility. A note for the office: All billing issues are not simple (send claim and get paid) - There will be a few that takes more of your time - go the extra mile and do what we pay you to do!

Although the wait time is limited, it is probably due to the number of patients that don't return. Good thing they advertise regularly because word-of-mouth would certainly not fuel the business. Business is the key word here, as humanity is lacking from this group, as well as attention to detail. The office is not as clean as it should be, and the staff was not helpful. If you have a serious health problem, I would advise that you establish a relationship with another Doctor/Pediatric Group.
