Dr. Kaessee Lee Brown, MD

Dr Brown is amazing. Incredibly kind, thorough and evidence-based, I trust her implicitly.

Racist and classist. After first she told me, repeatedly, that she was sure that my insurance would not be accepted, and asked why I had bothered to make an appointment. My insurance was accepted - I knew that before I even booked the appointment. Besides other derogatory remarks, which I did not initiate or expect, she pointed out that I was of a different demographic than her usual client (including those in the waiting room), and she asked me why I had picked her to be my ob gyn, if there were other ob gyn’s available, and that normally patients don’t come in at 9 weeks pregnant and only visit ob gyn’s for pre natal care, if they know for sure that there is something wrong with their child. Obviously, she just did not want me to be a customer based on my demographic. I left extremely insulted, and never went back. I would not recommend minorities, young mothers, or anyone else, for that matter, to pick her as their OB/GYN.

I can say definitively that Dr. Brown not only saved my life, but she gave my life back to me and me back to my family. Without going into personal medical details, I will say that after two years and several physicians in three specialties, Dr. Brown figured it out and took the time to devise a treatment plan that turned my life around. I have seen Dr. Brown eight times over the last year, and her clinic is almost always on time. This is incredible considering how long she spends with you. If you choose to go see her, DO NOT BE LATE! On two occasions someone came in late for their appointment ahead of me and the front desk made them reschedule while they took me back on time. So Awesome! Now, both of my daughters see Dr. Brown too. My eldest is 10 weeks pregnant and I am so happy that Dr. Brown is going to deliver my grandbaby!!! I cannot recommend Dr. Kaessee Brown enough. She is meticulous, brilliant, super hardworking, kind, and on top of all that, she is a beautiful… young lady.

This people are nothing but racist. You will die because she will misdiagnose you telling you your symptoms are normal. First of all excessive amount of bleeding is not normal. She gave me iron pill and antibiotics for it. It got worse over time and visited the ER they stopped my bleeding. Which she could have done. Stupid me still went back try making an appointment over a week the front desk kept giving me a hard time making a follow up appointment. I kept explaining myself and got transferred from one person to another. They now said I was being rude and she will hang up on me. I hung up for her. There are plenty of doctors in San Antonio and Texas. If you’re threatening me to hang up on me I shouldn’t be making an appointment with someone that couldn’t treat me and made my condition worse then making it difficult to make a follow up appointment. I’m the stupid one here actually.

Dr Brown takes her time to listen to your concerns and treats you as if you were her only patient. She is caring and kind. I never felt rushed or unimportant at any appointments. I felt very comfortable and in good hands. She always addressed any concern I had. Wait times are not long at all and most office staff was friendly.

Fantastic doctor in every way.
