I love working with people from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life—from young to old, LGBTQ+, those from diverse cultures and with a variety of diagnoses. I work very hard to understand where others are coming from and what’s most important to them in their treatment.

I get to know my clients on an individual level and help them set their own goals, then determine methods that will allow them to achieve those goals. It’s important to me to treat every individual as unique and competent, and empower them to be their best selves.

I’m very relatable and laid back. I really want my clients to feel relaxed and accepted in their sessions. Then I work to help them heal by addressing all areas of their lives (mind, body, spirit).

I always want to learn new things and add to my toolbox, and that’s one of the best parts about this profession—you never stop learning and never encounter the same situation more than once.
