Dr . Sung takes the time to listen to what patients have to say , not just rush you out after seeing you quickly he really cares about his patients and you don’t see that much anymore . All in all a wonderful experience as always

I caught a virus fairly young and it caused my heart to enlarge and many other undesirable complications. I have been through many Cardiologists over the last 15 years, including one that gave me 90 days or less to live in 2006. Dr Sung is not just my doctor but my father as well. He had enough patience to listen to my father and enough, well balls, to tell my Dad to change his lifestyle or the path to the end would be miserable. Dad is still working on it but he needed that tough love. Dr Sung keeps up with the latest meds and medical breakthroughs. He listened when others were concerned with paying their student loans. He changed my meds a few times until the side effects change my quality of life where other were only interested in quantity of life. He is a genuinely decent person.

Have seen Dr. Sung several times during the past 3 1/2 years and he is so knowledgeable and provides excellent care. He also has great people skills.

Dr. Sung has done everything in his power to give me my life back, for that I am forever eternally grateful.

I ended up very ill at a hospital and they sent in the cardiologist who was working there at the time, saying he was right across from the hospital where he has his own office. I felt at total ease from the minute he came in. I have been to him numerous times for very complex conditions. He is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. The explanations are thorough and there isn't a rush either. He shows that he cares and can be understood well; he is VERY smart. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but I now realize it is because he is caring so much for the patient before me I know that I will get that same care. I trust Dr. Kai Sung completely and he is open to learning new things from others as well and keeping an open communication w/his patients & their other doctors. I'm so blessed to have found him. If you are looking for a cardiologist who also does surgery and genuinely cares for you on a humanely compassionate and professional level, get your appt. with Dr. Kai Sung. You won't… regret it!

I saw Dr. Sung for the first time, last week. Great experience. He had a wonderful bedside manner, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. He took the time to fully explain what may be going on with my heart, answered all of my questions, and scheduled thorough follow up. There was a pretty long wait, but Dr. Sung is well worth it.
