KaiLi McGrath is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 10 years experience in the mental health field. Having worked with youth, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families with a wide-range of life experiences and abilities, KaiLi has the ability to understand and relate to all types of individual experiences. KaiLi earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Michigan State University and her Master of Social Work from University of Michigan. KaiLi has worked in schools, community mental health agencies, and therapeutic settings. She utilizes collaborative, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and solutions-focused (SFT) approaches to therapy. KaiLi knows that being brought into a client's life is a privilege.
