Dr. Kaiser Joseph Robertson, MD

I wish I could give 0 stars, but this site makes us select something. I’ve already called the patient advocate line for this physician listed on the other negative reviews, but have not received a call back. Dr Robertson was “on call” this last weekend and made an Improper judgement without making a full assessment of his patient. He didn’t make us feel heard or cared about. Worse than that, after operating on my father he didn’t actually come and speak to anyone, including the patient or family that he knew was waiting. This isn’t just a complaint about a “poor bedside” manner, but a bigger concern of poor judgement. I am shocked and appalled at the lack of care and concern shown by Dr Robertson. This included brushing my father off for coming to the Emergency Room, and claiming that he “wasn’t in enough pain”. I honestly don’t know what to tell people who get stuck with Dr Robertson on call, except good luck. I cannot imagine this man being compassionate.

I was being treated by Dr. Robertson and he did a procedure on me and hurt me. I have been hurting for the last twelve weeks. I am not happy at all. He did not listen to me and that contributed to the problem.

I started see Dr Robertson when I moved to Maryland. I had worked with my previous doctor to build a custom treatment plan that was proven to be high effective. He refused to renew the medicinal because he wasn’t interest in considering my current plan. I ended up on a cookie cutter plan that made me feel ok but no were as good as my previous plan. I had to go with his plan because it takes 3 months to see a new doctor in this area and my current meds were running low. My personnel view is that he didn’t have time for me. I completely understand him focusing on his more critical patients but if he don’t have time for my care I could have spent the 3 months waiting to see a different doctor. And if you miss an appointment it take weeks to get a new appointment. Even if you need meds renewed

he had to give me a cancer diagnosis and he did it with kindness and compassion. he set up a team to work with me on a treatment plan.I would highly recommend Dr. Robertson.
