Initially the first visit was very good and he was very thorough seemed very knowledgeable about my care and listened to all of my concerns and prior necessary history. As time went by and I kept returning to this provider- I even recommended him as a healthcare provider to my family members! But things got complicated on my end, my living situation had me switching states frequently, so I stopped scheduling with him for a bit then returned to the area for good which meant I would continue care with him. New health concerns arose on my end which I asked to be seen for and receive a referral for, only to be met with an annoyed like tone for me suddenly stopping my care with him then returning and for opting a less risky and modern way of managing my condition since I didn’t want so many medical devices attached to me. All the referrals I asked for were out of my coverage or did not even mention the concern I was asking the referral for, causing a number of unnecessary calls and… confusion. The clinic a referral was sent to was over an hour away and out of my insurance coverage, which I was not told of, and I had to find out myself then cancel my appointment. I was just surprised because I was very satisfied with my care but over time, it gradually got worse and I developed an aversion to making and going to my medical appointments which I have never had in my entire life despite being in and out of the hospital for the past 2 decades due to a lifelong condition.

Dr. Saleem talked to me about blood pressure, cholesterol, diet, exercise and medication.

Doctor barely addressed concerns and just seemed more interested in checking boxes for easy billing rather than treating me as a patient seeing his primary physician.

Dr. Saleem is always thorough and provides excellent care.
