Dr.Guardino (Kaitlyn) is an excellent listener and very clear and thorough in her diagnosis.

When I finally got in with the doctor the experience was excellent. It was just a wait to get into the room but wow! The experience once I was seen and checking out was excellent.

Fantastic doctor to patient communication

This is a good doctor if you do not have any chronic health conditions. They're hours are inconsistent and it is difficult to get care or a response from the desk staff.

If you can get a visit with her, consider yourself lucky. If you can get her to call you back or someone from her practice, consider it a miracle. I've seen her twice in three years, it is impossible to get an appointment with her. Was ill for three weeks and had to go to Urgent Care twice because she was not available. Not available in the three weeks that I tried to get an appointment. Ridiculous. Am trying to find a primary care physician. She's not it.

I was a patient if Dr Kaitlyn Guardino. I was running late because I had no child care and needed to nurse my 9 month old. I called driving in to advise that I would be about 10 minutes late. I told them I could make it and I pulled in at the 10 minutes, got upstairs by 12. Dr Kaitlyn was asked if she'd see me and said no as I stood there breathless with infant in hand. While I understand schedules, extenuating circumstances occur. I find it inflexible and uncompassionate. As far as the practice goes she's dry and straight-forward. But I chose not to reschedule. I will be finding a new practitioner who is more understanding and family friendly. I'm joining other reviews who are low-starred - you're better off finding another practice.
