Kaitlyn always takes what I say into consideration. She's quick to listen and provide any explanation about any concern I would have. She's extremely professional, thorough in her assessments but doesn't prolong a visit. And she's very kind. Overall very happy with her.

Kaitlyn Helgeson took my concerns seriously and started me on some thyroid medication after my labs came back positive for subclinical hypothyroidism. She got back to me fast and helped me feel comfortable in my plan of care.
