It was our first visit to this office i was very impressed with the visit from reception to close out of appointment Dr HariHall was professional and explained dementia to me better than anyone has She made practical suggestions for us to improve the quality of my sisters life..

She was the least compassionate and least concerned physician I have ever encountered. Maybe it was a bad day? She did not seem interested in my pre-existing autoimmune disease or my years long struggles with sleep disorders. Did not even consider a correlation between the two. Will not see her in the future.

She orders unnecessary diagnostic tests (at her own facilities). I say unnecessary because other second opinions I've received have said so. Had to call to receive results and wouldn't explain anything over the phone. Said I would have to make another appointment to discuss more while at the same time not letting me know if there was anything even to discuss. Frustrating experience with this doctor who clearly lacks care for her patients and is only concerned with making money.

She may be an entirely competent physician in her subspecialty - - I don't know since I do not have a sleep disorder - - but she has no competence when it comes to doing a general neurological diagnostic work-up. In her report, she misrepresented or totally fabricated statements I had made and she rendered a diagnosis on the basis of little, if any, empirical findings. Indeed, I was assymptomatic at the I saw her. She didn't even take the time to explain to me what the basis of her findings was. And, I was totally devastated for, as it turns out, no good reason.

My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Hari Hall for several problems, including sleep difficulties, restless leg sydrome (RLS), lack of balance, and sleep apnea (interelated, of course). Dr. Hari-Hall has gotten all of them in shape. When I first came to her, she ordered several tests, and when that information had come back, she treated each problem within an overall framework. She is outsandingly intelligent, knows her field extremely well, and is both polite and compassionate. I cannot imagine a finer physician.

My interactions with Dr. Hall were simply terrible. In the initial visit she was rude and seemed rushed for time. After prescribing neurological tests she failed to follow up on the findings and did not return calls when I inquired. When I finally tracked her down she was dismissive of questions I had about the findings and clearly annoyed that I was even asking questions. The worst doctor I have ever met.

Dr. Hari-Hall is my neurologist specializing in sleeo disorders. I believe she is very astute I'm good what she does. She's been my sleep specialist for 4 or 5 years, maybe 6 and my sleep apnea has been treated satisfactorily. Her staff of one is very efficient , yet a little quiet until you engage her. The Bethesda sleep lab is hard for us as we live in Brunswick. It takes about 4 hours each way

Dr. Hari Hall is extremely quick, to the point, and has an excellent memory of past appointments. She has been pleasant and friendly every time I have visited over the past 4-5 years.

Like the other real reviewer here, I decided to leave Hari-Hall after a long period in which she had shown no interest in my condition, and zero level of knowledge. Also, like the other person here she took a sadistic action against me for this. At my last appointment, she looked me in the eyes and promised that she would refill my prescription that she had gotten me addicted to. When I needed to pick it up, though, I found out that she had not done so. I called her office and was told she would honor her pledge, however she did not. I spoke to her staff again and was then told that she didn't feel like writing me the prescription. After that, I spoke to the manager who said she would do so, and that it was wrong of her not to, but she never did. When I called again (suffering from extreme withdrawal obviously), I got no response. This kind of behavior is unfathomable. I didn't even want to take the prescription in the first place. It was her idea, and she swore it wasn't that… addictive. I found out, though, that it was like crack. My withdrawal symptoms were so bad that I had to leave my job, which has now caused me great financial distress. A doctors' first job is to do no harm. From my experience, all Hari-Hall has done is harm. She has significantly screwed up my life, and I can't figure out why she did it. I am a severely disabled person who did not need another hardship.
