Dr. Kalpana Patel, MD

I came to Dr. Patel a little over a year ago because of chronic Lyme- my doctor was useless and the infectious disease doctor was as well. I had bad memory issues, extreme exhaustion and relentless pain and depression. I can honestly say I don't think I would be here without her help. The herxing part was AWFUL, but knowing it was the die off of the bacteria helped me through. I am now on a very restricted diet that is super important with Lyme, still working on keeping it under control with antibiotics and supplements and I am able to work full time and have good days again. I have another family member that has chronic lyme who saw how well I was doing with her, that he started treatments as well and his turnaround was FAST! the maintenance is an on going thing, tweaking what does and doesn't work, depending on symptoms. I have met a LOT of people there who are also being treated for lyme and co infections as well as mold issues, etc. who all say the same thing- no one else could… help them- but she can and is making quality of life much better than any other doctor they saw. Like ANY *good* doctor who deals with Lyme, it is not cheap- they don't take insurance simply because chronic Lyme is still not recognized by insurance companies, but having your life back IS worth it.

Charges exorbitant costs for crazy treatments that she swears will heal any of your ailments. She takes advantage of the vulnerable. My son was suffering from many things among suicidal ideations. She promised she'd fix him. She caused nothing but $12k I'm a month and PTSD from her taking advantage of us in our most vulnerable time. Maybe she's trying to get back the millions she lost? Google that story. Very interesting.

Recently I was in a car accident and suffered whiplash. I was't able to turn my neck or tilt my head right, left, up or down. I went to the chiropractor and he wouldn't give me an adjustment because I was in pain, swollen and inflamed. I went to see Dr. Patel, she injected a variety of peptides into my neck and shoulder trigger points. I had immediate relief. I was able to return to my chiropractor and get an adjustment. I have a few more treatments left, however I am now 80% better.

I have suffered from food allergies for years, I was only able to eat a few foods, we started doing LDA last year and I am eating foods that I never thought I would be able to. I have dreamed of being able to drink milk and eat cheese. Most importantly my diet is now well balanced with a variety of foods. I have been to doctors for years telling them of my multiple foods allergies but they only had medications to offer me. LDA is such a blessing. Food allergies can really limit a person's health and can be frustrating with years of other treatments that have failed. If you are reading this and suffer from food allergies I strongly urge to reach out to the Dr. Patel.

Dr. Patel Has really helped my back and neck pain. I have suffered with back and neck pain for years. Her expertise in prolo therapy combined with her vast knowledge of peptide therapy is starting to heal my back and free me from a life of pain. My chiropractor has even commented that my muscles are 50% better just after two treatments. I have 2-3 more to do. He said that my inflammation has gone done and my muscles now feel soft and more like healthy muscle tissue. I am would highly recommend Dr. Patel.

PATEL DESERVES A "0" RATING!!! I'm outraged she practices any kind of medicine anywhere!!! PLEASE, I BEG "YOU" NEVER TO SEND A CHILD OVERWEIGHT TO THIS WOMAN, KALPANA PATEL, DAMAGED ME FOR LIFE!!! She was "suppose to be" a specialist in child obesity the years I went to her. DO NOT let her credentials fool you. I still suffer the damages she caused me, the illegal things she did. I was about 11 years old when I first started seeing her & saw her for a few years too many. I am now 52 years old. All she said & did STILL haunts me!!! I wish I was strong enough to speak as a child, but I wasn't, not even to my Mom. My Mom ended up being her "receptionist". She would come home torn down by "Dr." Patel...that was when I FINALLY told my Mom. Needless to say, my Mom quit, though she was already at her wits end. The truths I could tell... the lawsuits I could have filed. She doesn't like my review? Too bad...she should think about how she treats people and be thankful I never took her to… court!!! I'd be totally willing to speak with her myself. I may try to just so she can understand the damage she caused me throughout my life, that I am STILL being counseled for, in addition to other issues. If she actually cared to listen I would welcome the opportunity to enlighten her.

My health took a sudden turn for the worst. After 10 years and dozens of medical specialists, I finally found my way to Dr Patel. She expertly provided a diagnosis and treatment. I’m thankful to have found her!

After seeing many doctors, both locally and at top institutions (Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic), Dr. Patel was able to correctly diagnose and treat the root of my daughter’s illness. I cannot recommend this doctor strongly enough.

Dr. Patel does not take any insurance. Payment is all out of pocket. 1st visit is $360 !!!!! Yes $360 !!!!! and $90 each additional 15 minutes. Read the other reviews. She is a Lyme disease profiteer.

I strongly do not recommend this doctor. I feel like I was scammed because of some of the outrageous hidden charges she did not explain before or after the fact. Additionally, when I raised concerns about my treatment protocol, she would gloss over the concern and moved right into saying something manipulative such as 'you will not find another doctor who can treat you like I can.' To her, I would say that not only have I found another doctor but the difference in patient care is night and day.
