I've had a great experience with Dr. Patel and his staff since I became a patient over 4 years ago. He is kind and very knowledgeable and has always been able to provide very good resources/referrals for specialty issues!

Definitely recommend this place! Doctor is very knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail. Ladies at front desk very helpful. One of them help me save a lot in one of my prescriptions. Office was impeccable! This is from now on my go to place. Very happy with everything!! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

Have only seen this doctor once. He has the worst, incompetent staff I have ever had to deal with in any doctor's office . Calling for an appointment.to see him, and am told that only the nurse practitioner is available unless you want to wait weeks for one with him. I called office to have a prescription phoned in and was put on hold for the longest time, when only to have the female I finally spoke to call in my prescription to the wrong pharmacy in a totally different town, after I emphasized the right pharmacy and its address. Made a request that I wanted to have a blood test at a more convenient location (never was a problem with other doctors) only to have an email from a lab stating that this office had made a requisition for me to go there when I specifically told them I did not want to go to that lab. If you have any health problems, forget these people. They do not listen to the patient, and they obviously don't care period.

5 stars is not enough. Dr. Patel is awesome with a fantastic, friendly and caring bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and accurate. I recommend Dr. Patel highly. Thank You for your experienced care during my hospital stay.
