Absolutely the worst Dr you could choose. The front desk is actually really good so dont be taken in by that. He's disrespectful, doesnt listen to his patients, and even refuses treatment if you booked the appointment for something else. I'm literally sicker after being his patient.

He enters the room as though the patient has a plague. The reason he is a doctor is to treat sick patients. He might as well wear a hazmat. Or just change career if he is unable be caring towards sick patients seeing him.

I went to see him for an allergic reaction and instead of sending me to a specialist or trying to figure out what caused the allergic reaction he just told me to keep taking Benadryl (even though it was clear that wasn’t working and the problem was only getting worse. I ended up going to a specialist (after I realized how wrong he was) and couldn’t even believe he gave me such bad advice.

Dr. was ok nothing great. not very thorough, difficult to get accurate appt. and office staff very mixed up.

First office visit with Dr. Phuntsok. He was thorough and spent an appropriate amt of time with me. Will be using him in the future and will recommend him. His staff was very courteous, attentive, friendly and professional.
