Like a factory worker, Dr. Kanneganti is someone who is only good through repetition—procedures and standard care decisions he has done 10,000 times. This is the bulk of his patients based on what I understand — so good for them. But if you want more than a cookie-cutter approach, be advised: He is not a critical thinker, nor can he communicate clearly and intelligently about a course of action or what’s going on, and he definitely isn’t up on the latest standards. He is best for completing repetitive high cost care and taking home his million home each year. Need care he hasn’t done daily for 20 years? He doesn’t know how to do it. Just need to be told what you already know? You got the right doc.

This doctor has a lot of nerve refusing to see me for a scheduled appointment that I waited months for. He stated I was late – 4 mins – and refused to see me because of it. I showed up to my appointment with time to spare but I unfortunately went to the wrong front desk, fell in line only to find out I was in the wrong place. So, I quickly navigated myself through the building, found the right desk and was refused service after just being 4mins late. I find it disturbing and ironic that patients often show up to appointments and are subsequently seen, 5, 10 or 15 mins or greater, well after their schedule appointment(s) and doctors act like it’s normal business, but I’m refused service after exceeding 4mins from my scheduled appointment? Absolutely ridiculous and I’d like to know what and/or who doctor Kanneganti was doing or seeing in my scheduled time slot? I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to save your own life! Find another doctor to see like you life depends on it!

The receptionist is rude and unhelpful, the entire office passes the buck on responsibility and the doctor seems uninterested in actively helping his patients.
