Very bad attitude towards people in general with a lot of arrogance.

I had a appointment set for today 11.20.19. I went through the prep for the colonoscopy as instructed. I showed up at the office and was told that they did NOT have me on the schedual and that Dr. Gaddipati was out of the office(country). The staff stated that they called me and rescheduled my appointment, when I asked who they spoke to, they advised... You. They advised me that they don't reschedul appointments unless they have a conversation with the patient, the office staff insistsed that they actually spoke to me when the appointment was rescheduled. I recieved no call at any time from the Doctors office, I never spoke to anyone at amy time. They made it sound as if I should have been the one to call the office to confirm my appointment. The staff took no accountability for what happened. I would not recommend this Doctor

She is professional yet willing to listen to my concerns as a patient. I recommend her highly as compassionate and very competent, and she has a great staff.

Before you make an appt, just know that Dr. Gaddipatti DOES NOT follow standard prep procedures for a routine colonoscopy. She requires a 5 day prep starting with 2 tbsp of milk of magnesia per night 5 days ahead of procedure. Then along with ducolax before the miralax that is mixed into the drink, she wants you to drink 1 GALLON of gatorade mixture the day before. Once at 2 pm (64 oz) then another at 8pm (another 64oz). You will be up ALL NIGHT, and then have to be there at the crack of dawn for the procedure. This is NOT standard protocol. Please talk to other friends who have not used her, and how their doctors handled this procedure. Also, when making an appt with your doctor, make sure you ask what their prep involves. This is not standard. When I ask why she is wanting me to be waterlogged by Gatorade, and using a laxative like milk of magnesia days before, her answer was that this was how their practice does things, and other offices have their own way. I cancelled my… appt, and decided not to torture myself through this process. Be wise.

This Dr. Never met me before but she insulted me in front of my family. She does not believe in certain types of reflux so be warned. She is only interested in collecting a paycheque and not helping patients. Her staff are rude and belittling. Avoid this doctor at all costs.

I have been frequent patient of Dr Gaddipati for 11 years. She is outstanding in every way. Very communicative and with a very pleasant manner. Answers all questions and has a first rate staff.

she was not very nice at all and did not listen to anything I had told her. She criticized me and did not remember much of even what she had said and ignored my medical history!

Title sums it up. Seriously, if I was in a poorer financial situation, she would have made me go broke in medical expense over her on ego.
