My daughter was sick and Dr Raja ruled it out as a viral fever & sent us home without any medication , advised to take Ibuprofen and Tylenol alternately. Had to go back twice before she diagnosed it as Strep throat and prescribed antibiotics, all in 3-4 days, and charged co-pay for each visit and put 2 year old through suffering unnecessarily for 4 days. I changed doctor after this incident. Would advice to choose a different pediatrician for your kids.

I took my kid for almost 2 years until I moved to some other location. I have been happy with her, though had some difficulties with staff but overall experience was good and would recommend to other parents.

I have Dr Kalyani Raja Appointment at 7.45AM today but we got late by 7 minute. My daughter was refused to be checked by staff member because my time slot was given to someone else who came early. I requested several times to staff members to see and adjust if possible but I was either an option to be checked by Dr Raja support staff or to a date which is not logical. However I have been advised that time slot are available with Dr Raja assistant. It was really really disappointing that my daughter was refused just for being late by 7-8 minutes. I have seen patient today whose appointment was at 9AM and they came early and given early time slot. Just an FYI I have taken Dr Raja appointment from almost 35 days prior. Its really disappointing for us.

Dr. Raja is very knowledgeable in pediatric medicine. My kids are 10 and 13. They are both very comfortable around her and the office staff.

Dr Raja is very thourough Dr. The practice is very busy. If your child is sick you may need to see whatever Dr is available, but when sheduling to see her she does a great job

I have taken my kids to MCNT for past 3 years. Initially they were ok but now for the past 2 years its been so difficult to get appointments with the doctor when the kids are sick. The office would call and follow up if you miss a annual physical appointment but would make it so difficult to get in when your kids are sick. The wait time in the phone to even try to schedule a same day visit is 20 mins on an average . When my kids were down with flu like symptoms today they even refused to see them, they said they could not get them appointments as all the doctors and nurse practitioners are busy. Flu medication is effective only within 48 hrs.What's the point in having a doctor when you cannot take your kids in when they are sick? I am very disappointed with this practise and would not wish any other parent to go through the same scenario what I had to go through. I had to take my kids to minute clinic and they got diagnosed with flu and were given medication. I'm very disappointed… with this practise with they way they handle their own sick patients. Please take your kids to a practise that cares. Dr.Kalyani Raja is good but the practise sucks! They are very insensitive to patients needs . All they care about is getting insurance money from well child visits! That is my experience with them the past 3 years.

I would not recommend her. My experience was she seemed confused about how to proceed when the medicine didn't clear things up. Also she was defensive when I asked questions about the medicine she prescribed. She seemed somewhat patronizing towards me. I did not develop a level of comfort that you would hope or expect with your child's doctor.

Office Staff is very rude, unprofessional, no ethics at all.we were 15 mins late for our Appointment, for few months old baby, office staff told doc is busy she cant see the baby, we have never seen clinic sending patients back!!!, we told we will wait, still staff told she is fully booked!!, surprisingly, they rescheduled appt, and she is free at 2 time slots on same day!!, office staff argued like anything, gave appt on same day!!! after few days we received notice that we have to $25 bcoz we missed Appt.!!?? we called, office staff again argues, that is our fault, we said we were there, got rescheduled, they show unprofessional behavior on phone also, arguing and shouting over the phone.Doc is OK, she does not spend much time, quicky, max 2 mins, horrible office staff, we reluctantly went to this doc based on referrals and reviews, stay away from this clinic, i dont want to recommend to anybody, had enough of this doc.one nurser Betty is very nice, other one Melissa does not have… any nurse skills or professional ethics, she is always in hurry, does not care for you.
