Dr. Kamara Montrease Savage, MD

In 2015 I had a cervical pinched nerve and my surgery was preformed at U. A. M. S. by Dr. Allen Goccio. When I woke up I was classified as a spastic quad, legally disabled. I met Dr. Kamara Savage and she alone with Dr. Thomas kiser gave me botox. and educated me about my injury, to give me hope, courage, strength. I believe she (Dr. Kamara Savage )is a very skillful neurosurgeon and a people person who will give you comfort about your injury. I believe she is a great asset to u.a.m.s. Thank you for your help and professional rehabilitation in bringing to the acceptance of my disability and healing I am today. May God bless you in all your medical knowledge.

Exceptional doctor!

Dr savage is a wonderful physician! She saw me in clinic recently and really made a wonderful impression. I have battled spasticity in my legs for years. I’ve tried baclofen, tizanidije and flexeril but nothing has ever helped. Dr Savage took the time to listen to me explain all of my medical history and my life story. She explained how previous medications were not the best for my spasms and how new medications may help. She explained things for me to understand and I appreciate that. She made me feel like she truly cared about me as a person. She is such a warm spirit. I just had to give her a hug at the end!!! I would recommend her to anyone who wants a physician who listens to them and explains things thoroughly! She is also very easy on the eyes.
