Horrible psychiatrist. no empathy. very disappointed. Very quick to point out faults even though he is the one making mistakes

Our family of 3 generations have been treated by Dr. Collins and I must say that the reviews I am reading makes it hard to believe this is the same doctor. My family and I have been treated by Dr. Collins for years now and we absolutely LOVE everything about him, even my 14 year old son, who doesn't like Doctors. I am so sorry for Dr. Collins patients who did not get the same "feel" for such an outstanding doctor, who tries to help & not just push meds. He listened to my teen son, when no other doctors did and HE HELPED HIM! My son was the patient and Dr. Collins made sure, my son knew that whatever he said or felt, it was okay. Struggling everyday with mental illness is hard enough then putting your trust into a doctor is even harder, yet Dr. Collins and his office staff are amazing people who always seem to want to help and our family is living proof. Thank you to Dr. Collins for everything!

I have dealt with his torture long enough! Just had an appointment today and he had the nerve to talk about my culture and faith. I was so taken aback. It's like he doesn't care about anything or anyone. He typically takes 2-3 minutes and then bills my insurance for 1 hour visit. SOMETHING must be done about this creep!! Why is he still in practice??!! I always feel worse than when I came to his office. Why is he allowed to torment people? PLEASE DON'T GO!! RUNNNN!!

I ATTEMPTED to have my child evaluated by this "office" only to be turned away because I questioned the paperwork they wanted both myself and my MINOR child to agree to sign. When I printed on the paperwork "patient is a minor and cannot be bound by this contract" the "doctor" had an assistant come out to tell me, after the appointment was supposed to have begun, that the "doctor" felt my child would not be a good fit for his practice. This was done AFTER the office staff took my co-pay for services. Even if this was the LAST child psychiatrist on the face of the planet I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE!

Rude, always late, and spends NO time with patients. Just prescribed medicine and sends you on your way. 2 minute appointment for an hour wait! Also judges the clothes i wear to my appointment, that doesn’t make me feel very good about myself. He’s supposed to help people not put them down.

Dr. Collins has his own agenda which has nothing to do with his patients health and well being. Your opinion and feelings are of no concern to him and he will make that quite clear as he did with my daughter. Horrible demeanor. She felt better before she started seeing him then after his "treatment". Please don't waste your time or money on this poor excuse for a doctor.
