Dr. Kambiz Aflatoon, DO

I honestly don't know how anyone can say anything good about this place. I have been approx. 6 times in the last 1.5 years and have NEVER waited less than 1 1/2 hours to see Dr. Aflatoon. Then, when you see him, he barely looks up from his phone. All of the people in the waiting room complain overtime I'm there, so I know it's not just me. The front desk staff aren't much better. I don't see you have an appointment. Um... You've only left me 6 messages, 7 text messages, and 4 emails in the last 5 days. How much do I pay today? Oh, who knows.... They just guess. Today, I paid a certain amount (that I knew was not right), but the woman had no idea what my insurance policy was (she didn't know about HRAs and wouldn't contact BCBS). I called BCBS when I got home, and sure enough I was right. She just charged me some random amount. Good luck getting my money back. And if you're there for anything other than a court ordered drug test, or if you're not being escorted in handcuffs from the… prison behind the building by armed guard, be prepared to be treated like a criminal. Sitting in this waiting room is like being in a horror movie.

Dr. Aflatoon has helped me so much. From the moment I contacted his two months ago to now, I feel that I have made the best decision of my life. He listens and shows a sense of care that many doctors do not do these days. I highly recommend Dr. Aflatoon to anybody seeking a psychiatrist.
