Dr. Kameshwari Yerra, MD

Honestly, If I can leave a worse star I would. I never leave reviews but this has been absolutely one of my worst experiences. Had an appointment at the beginning of the year, never felt so belittled in my life by this doctor. I never would expect someone to treat a patient more or less another human being like that. I can get into details but I won't. Not only was the attitude bad from the doctor. I ended up getting a bill from a laboratory, that they sent my blood work from that day, which was not under my insurance policy. (which everything was updated up front and specifically told them what network everything had to be under). Now I'm stuck with a bill, that the office biller being rude in her attitude as well said that they can't do anything about, despite it being their fault. Stay away from this doctor and group, go get professional medical care from somewhere else. You'll be thankful..

Very belittling physician, never in my life was made felt so dumb by anyone. Very poor service, I can't believe people actually act like that with others and especially because with a customer and patient. I'm paying you, you're not paying me to go to you for services. I also know what I'm talking about being in the medical field myself with a masters. Not only that but the office sent my blood work to an outside laboratory which my insurance doesn't cover (despite having everything updated). When I called them they acted very rude with me despite it being their fault and still cannot help. Very unprofessional physician and medical staff at the office.

Dr. Yerra takes time to listen to patients and understand any issues they may have.

I highly recommend Dr. Yerra. We moved to a different state and wish I still had her as my primary care physician. She is very caring, takes her time, and wants to treat the "whole patient."

Very attentive and listens to the patient. Refers you to specialists promptly and follows up on them. Good doctor overall. Doesn't rush out on you like most other docs. If she's not sure about something she'll let you know and doesn't pretend to know everything.
