Dr. Kameswari P Kalluri, MD

I have been going to Dr K Kalluri for a long time— I think I was one of her New patients when she started practicing in Munster. She is a wonderful Doctor and I can’t imagine anyone else being my primary Doctor. I have kept her as my physician even though she is not In my plan any longer. Dr Kalluri puts her heart in everything she does...I’m forever grateful to her. Office staff have always treated me well and acknowledge me when I arrive and have helped me with whatever questions or concerns I have had....

I walked out of the doctor's office without being seen after waiting one and a half hours. The patient ahead of me had 3 family members with her In the exam room. As I was waiting, one of the family members came out to use the rest room and said how great she thought it was because Dr. Kalluri was going to check her urine for a UTI and she didnt even have an appointment. Yet, I had an appt and other than seeing the assistant, I waited for the doctor in an exam room one and half hours. After hearing the comment from the patient's family member, I left. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of a person's time. Based on other comments/reviews this is Dr Kalluri's norm. I wont be going back

She listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions!

Extremely caring and highly competent physician. She is pleasant in her manner and a very astute diagnostician. Great follow-up with patients and I very strongly recommend her.

I have been with this doctor since she graduated medical school. I don't care what the wait time in the office is as she is worth the wait. When my insurance changed and she was out of network, I paid out of pocket just to continue to stay under her care. She has taken very good care of me over the years and I would never consider going elsewhere for medical care.

I have been with Dr kalluri for 8 years, she is for one a very nice person and two an excellent Dr. She spends time with her patients and is very caring.

Doesn't care about patients health - shouldn't be accepting new patients.

Even though you may be waiting to see the doctor for 1 hour plus, she is well worth the wait. She is not the type of doctor who spends a couple of minutes then run. She will spend as much time with you to get to know you not just as a patient but as an individual. She is the first doctor who actually took time to go over the hospital results with me that the hospital fail to do unless I knew to ask them. I found things out about my mother's health that I would have never knew because of Dr. Kalluri's caring heart for humanity. This doctor does not miss a beat and for this, I am very thankful.

Ther is no better doctor anywhere!
