Although Dr. Palmer spent quite a bit of time getting to know me at my initial appointment, it was disheartening when she laughed at me after I described one of my gynecological symptoms after recently having a baby. She also seemed to dismiss much of what I was telling her as mental health concerns rather than recommend even over-the-counter medical treatment. Finally, while I recognize that doctors' staff members do not necessarily determine how good of a doctor they are, the staff at Dr. Palmer's medical office was less than enthusiastic to help with anything over the phone or in person. Either Dr. Palmer or her staff forgot to phone in a medical order for testing after my appointment. I had to call them and remind them a couple weeks later and they didn't seem to care that they forgot. I do not recommend Dr. Palmer to others seeking a gynecologist. I do not see myself returning to see this doctor in the future.
